Love the scent and how the bodywash leaves my skin feeling clean.
I’ve been a loyal customer of The Immaculate Beard for years because their beard balms are always great. This year, I ordered the Dusk and First Light balms, but the scent wasn’t quite right. They had more of an old wax smell instead of the fragrance described on the tin or previously ordered balm. The quality of the balm itself is still good, but the scent feels like it’s missing something. Hopefully, future batches bring back the amazing fragrances I’m used to!
Wrote several emails due to a significant shipping delay with absolutely no response. While the balm smells good, I will not purchase from this store again and wouldn't recommend it.
